Skill & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• Conduct business analysis and elicit requirements from the business users and stakeholders using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, etc.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and design system solutions using UML diagrams, use cases, data models, etc.
• Work closely with the Posidex team to understand the features and functionalities of the Posidex UCIC system and how it integrates with the existing banking systems and processes.
• Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the development, testing, and deployment of the system solutions are in line with the business expectations and quality standards.
• Validate and Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing by preparing test cases, test data, and test scripts.
• Provide training and support to the end users and resolve any issues or queries related to the system - Monitor and report on the system performance, issues, and enhancements.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the banking and Posidex domains and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Define and document the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain the project plan, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Manage the project risks, issues, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Track and monitor the project progress, quality, and deliverables, and ensure that the project meets the agreed standards and specifications.
• Communicate the project status, issues, and risks to the senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
